Flinders Sourdough

Historic Flinders bakery restored in 2011 by winemakers turned bakers Margaret and David. Bakes in an oven built in 1890 and reconstructed in 1947, fired with red gum logs, using freshly milled organic flour, water, mature sourdough starter and sea salt. One of only three certified organic bakeries in Victoria.
